The refurbished room was charming, while the shower gel was missing during my stay.

Spacious Classic Double Room equipped with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens made for good resting. The central location enables easy access to local pubs and restaurants within a short walk, allowing us to explore effortlessly.
Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue regarding the promised disabled accessibility shower facilities, which I did not receive despite prior communication. The outdated decor and lingering odours in the hallway were off-putting, making it feel less than welcoming. the spa area needed serious attention, as it felt dingy and neglected, with poor cleanliness in the shower facilities and missing tiles.

I enjoyed my stay with a fantastic view from my room and excellent leisure facilities, perfect for relaxation. there were some issues with noise from the outside that affected my sleep, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent. It's a good option for a short visit, but improvements in sound insulation and Wi-Fi reliability would enhance the experience.

The room was neat, but the noise from the seagulls made it hard to sleep. 😩 The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh pastries and nice options, but it could use better guest information in the rooms.

Lovely staff, great breakfast service. Room a bit outdated, but clean and cozy.

Not what we expected
We were looking forward to our stay but ended up disappointed. The receptionist was super grumpy, which set a bad tone. Our room was nice but not cleaned well, the toilet bin was full from the last guest. Dinner was a letdown too. the fish was greasy and the wifi barely worked. The bar was decent though.

Do recommend for a city break
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to a fitness centre and a lovely bar/lounge area where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
Not obvious to find the parking area due to inadequate signage.

A Mixed Bag Stay
I enjoyed the modern touches in my sea view room, but the service dipped this time. The on-site restaurant served a lovely breakfast, though dinner left me yearning for better quality. For a comfy experience, explore nearby dining options instead.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room and loved the central location, making it easy to explore Ayr's attractions. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, which enhanced my experience. the lack of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable during the night, especially with the noise from outside.

The location was great, being near several attractions like the beautiful Ayr Beach and local dining options. The staff was cheerful and quick with the check-in process, making it a pleasant start to our stay. The best part was the breakfast. there was a huge variety on offer, and it was delicious. I stayed in a Classic Double Room, which was clean but could use some updates, especially the furniture. it was a comfortable stay despite a few minor issues.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was in a good spot, making it easy to visit the local attractions like the beach and the beautiful parks. The fitness classes were fun, too. Staff were friendly and the lounge area was quite nice for hanging out.
One downside was the noise from the party downstairs that went on late into the night. It made it tough for us to get a good night's sleep.
